Delivery time: 1–4 working days in Germany. For other countries, shipping times vary.

Shipping & Delivery Time
All jewelry pieces are shipped as insured parcels with a tracking number.
We deliver within Germany and Europe. For other destinations, please contact us directly by email.
Shipping Time:
Your order will be carefully prepared and shipped within 1 business day after payment is received.
The delivery time depends on the shipping provider and is generally as follows:
– Germany: 1–3 business days
– Europe: 3–7 business days
Shipping Costs:
– Germany: from €3.90
– Europe: from €6.90
The exact shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
Important Notes:
– Muana Jewelry assumes no liability for packages lost or marked as “delivered” by the shipping provider.
– Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link.

Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it – without providing any reason.
To do so, simply send an email to:

The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging (including jewelry box, labels, and all included items) to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
As soon as the return has been received, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
