You can easily return your jewelry within 14 days of receipt – without giving any reason.
Just write to us at muana.jewelry@gmail.com and we will explain the process to you.

 

What is important when returning an item:

 

  • The jewelry must be in like-new condition—unworn, undamaged, and with all original parts, such as the jewelry box, pouch, and any included extras.

  • Returns are at your own expense to the following address:
